Preservation Trust Company provides trustee services or co-trustee services for almost every type of trust in contemporary use. It carries on trust administration exclusively from the state of Nevada in the United States. It has no other offices in any other jurisdiction. All administration is carried out in Nevada and there are no back office operations anywhere else.

Preservation Trust Company does not manage investments of any sort. We are exclusively a trust company that holds title to property and participates as either a directed trustee with respect to investments, as the passive holder of entity ownership interests where the activity is conducted at the entity level by other persons, or as a co-trustee with investment responsibility exclusively residing in the other trustee.

On the other hand, Preservation Trust Company routinely serves as a distribution trustee, and is commonly vested with discretionary authority in this regard. It carries out such responsibilities in accordance with the fiduciary duties imposed on trustees and as specified in the trust instrument.
