Katie is among the most experienced and sophisticated estate planners in Las Vegas and Nevada, more generally. She has practiced as a specialist in this field for more than fifteen years. Indeed, during those years she has drafted many trusts, as well as other instruments to effectuate clients’ estate plans.
Apart from drafting for and advising her own clients, Katie has a well-deserved reputation as serving as local Nevada counsel for settlors and their advisors from outside the state who are considering availing themselves of the benefits of a Nevada administered trust. For these benefits see Why Nevada? In doing so, she is able to alert the settlor and the settlor’s advisors to pitfalls that otherwise might have led to difficulties once the trust became operational. Katie is, thus, critical to our efforts to facilitate the settlor’s and advisor’s goals in the most efficient and correct manner.
